Become an Elite AI PM: Live AI Case Study

What this programme is

Become an Elite AI PM is a live, eight-session cohort that teaches AI product strategy, ML fundamentals and responsible AI, and ends with you building a complete AI product as a PM. ML and AI concepts are taught in business language, so you can lead technical teams without coding.

How it works

Eight live, interactive one-hour sessions over roughly six to eight weeks: AI product strategy foundations and opportunity scoring; AI/ML technical foundations and writing a technical spec; AI product design and UX; responsible AI and governance with a bias-audit simulation; AI development and team management; pipelines and deployment; advanced applications across GenAI, NLP and computer vision; and a live AI case study capstone from requirements to a working prototype.

A complete AI product built during the programme, hands-on practice with frameworks and real use cases, exercises across ML, design, ethics and deployment, and a certificate of completion from OPTVSN Journey.
